TITUS Selected to Modernize Bunge’s Shipping & Terminal Operations

We’re excited to announce that TITUS has been selected to transform Bunge’s shipping and terminal operations through a comprehensive modernization project! Our team is developing a fully integrated shipping management solution within the Ignition platform that will replace their legacy Gen 5 system.

The new system is designed to help operators manage shipping workflows natively — from vessel scheduling and hatch planning to order handling and operational tracking. This represents a significant technology upgrade that addresses critical industry challenges while modernizing their operational infrastructure.

Key capabilities include:

• Complete management for ships, voyages, orders, and hatches
• Intelligent data linking between vessels, voyages, orders, and hatches with accurate weight tracking from weigher systems
• Conflict-free vessel data handling with active ship locking when fetching data from the MES (SIMS)
• Automated shipping data ingestion from the MES (SIMS) via API and other communication protocols
• Enhanced operational visibility for terminal teams

Instead of relying on disconnected workflows, the new platform creates a more connected operational environment where shipping data, PLC systems, and SCADA visibility work together in real time. This migration from legacy systems to Ignition represents the future of bulk terminal operations.
